Job Description
- Develop, update and maintain all HR related policies and control the implementation.
- Regularly update or restructure the organization hierarchy chart as requested and ensure that all positions pointed in the structure had an updated job description.
- Perform all related tasks, which develop and improve HR department’s performance and company’s performance as well.
- Provide all time support to head of departments while appraising employee’s performance such as redesigning, updating or cascading KPIs, objective settings, performance score calculation.
Oversee and control whole evaluation process efficiency and ensure that the performance dialogue regularly conducted. - Perform related assigned tasks that help in enhancing HR department performance and the company’s performance as well.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Of any relevant major.
- Excellent Command of English
- Excellent at Microsoft Office
- Presentable.
