Job Description
- Setting and implementing the FCL strategies including the set short- and long-term Operation, Customer service and pricing business plan to ensure that activities are carried on in an appropriate cost-effective way in compliance with organization objective
- Monitor the quality of operation and pricing activities to ensures the achievement of the monthly target sales volume in compliance to with the company policies and procedures
- Planning, implementing and managing company's FCL strategy to strength the company position and profitability
- Offer strategic business direction through the collection and analysis of business statistics.
- Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities, identify the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations for constant improvement
- Supervise the FCL team to ensure a quality service is proved to our customers
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and grow relationships with shipping lines /agents in order to secure the most cost effective rates for our business.
- Receives and processes agent’s inquiries/complains concerning rules, regulations and transfer to maintains an ongoing business relationship
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations in compliance to company policies and procedure, keep their employees on a path toward long-term goals and boost morale, in addition to fostering talent and encouraging employee retention
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any other related field
- Preferred MBA Holder
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience ideally within a related field
- Excellent Language Skills
