Job Description
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process effectively and efficiently as per the Recruitment function’s standards, policies and procedures while providing guidance on recruitment market trends.
- Collaborate closely with the hiring managers / teams to identify the right recruitment need by determining the job requirements and candidate specifications, define key priorities, timeline, any potential gaps in the job market.
- Source, engage and build a network with active and passive candidates of high seniority to cover immediate hiring needs, as well as a supply of candidates on-demand for future needs (Candidate Communities).
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Handle All Requests White or Blue collar.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Liaise with university career offices seeking new ways for to expand the sourcing channels of fresh graduates; organize and lead recruitment events and job fairs to network in–person.
- Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions, benefits and conditions.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR manager.
Job Requirements
- At least (3) years experience in the same position.
- Possess technical recruiting experience with engineering degree candidates.
- Bachelor Degree of Business or any relevant degree.
- Excellent English.
