Compensation And Benefits Supervisor

Bedayti Microfinance company is looking for compensation and benefits to join the HR department of our organization. 

Job Description:

• Responsible for preparing payroll for employees and adjusting their data on the payroll system and their accounting entries for the purpose of disbursing salaries on time without errors.
• Manage & review monthly payroll according to company procedures while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Communicate with the bank to set up accounts for all employees.
• Preparing studies for the benefits of the company's employees and coordinating with the competent companies to provide the best offers for the company.
• Coordinating with the competent insurance company and preparing the necessary monthly reports according to the life insurance policy for the company's employees.
• Monitor payment of salary, tax, and social insurance share.
• Participation in preparing the annual budget for the Human Resources Department.
• Preparing the tax settlement for the company's employees.
• Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
• Develop company benefits and compensation plans.
• Participate in developing HR strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of department targets and KPIs.
• Prepare the final settlement & Compensation for leavers’.
