Supervise architectural execution and finishing works at the project site.

Monitor contractors' compliance with specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

Prepare progress reports and submit them to the responsible engineer.

Have a solid understanding of all finishing works (plastering, painting, tiling, parquet flooring, gypsum board, ceilings, electrical, carpentry, etc.).

Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and construction documents.

Aware of labor and craftsmen productivity rates for all work items.

Skilled in dealing with workers, craftsmen, and suppliers professionally.

Efficiently manage materials in terms of purchasing, storage, usage, and minimizing waste.

Well-organized and capable of utilizing time effectively.

Supervise workers and follow up on daily tasks to ensure completion as per the project schedule.

Knowledgeable of the company’s health and safety procedures and committed to implementing and following them on-site.

Assist in receiving supply requests and ensure accuracy of information and authorizations.

Inspect and accept architectural work items in accordance with industry standards, specifications, and relevant codes.
