Job Description
- Supervision of IT dept operations on daily basis
- Liaise with vendors, business partners, and IT personnel for understanding problem and providing solution/resolution.
- Troubleshooting and solving client Software and Hardware issues
- Maintain client Software Installations and Upgrades needed.
- Active Directory Domain Management.
- Troubleshooting and resolving basic Network issues.
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
- Configure all networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas
- Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, and other network appliances.
- Mange planning and maintenance of network cabling.
- Participate in managing all network security solutions.
- Perform server and security audits, and system backups and recovery.
- Plan and coordinate the design, installation, and connectivity of computer and network systems
- Developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all new and existing network, hardware, software, and communication links.
- Plan, design, and develop local area networks (LANs) and wide area network (WANs)
- Troubleshoot network performance issues
- Conduct testing and development of disaster recovery plans to detect faults and minimize malfunctions.
Job Requirements
- Good command of English Language
- Strong and good knowledge of emailing technologies.
- Engineering graduates are preferred.
- Experience of 3-5 years as Help Desk Engineer (Specialist)
- Native Arabic speaking with good command of English
- University graduate (Information Systems, Computer Sciences) is mandatory.
- Background in system developments and coding languages is highly preferable.
