Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Sourcing & Screening Candidates resumes
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Building database and creating pipelines
- Assists the HR department in any needed tasks.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Reports on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Schedule calls and interviews
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (White & Blue) Collars.
- Very good user of Excel, word and PowerPoint
- Have solid experience in using different recruitment portals and other websites
- ERP user is preferable
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical field is a great asset
