Job Description
A)- Quantitative
- Focusing of sales and promotion on highly profitable tender items (Deltavit B12 –– Timogen – Psychodal - Citalo 20 – Atorstat).
- Collecting orders by hand of 750.000 L.E
- Follow up with big tender accounts to avoid and prevent penalties of non-executed or pending orders, around 20-25 Accounts/Month (3/day).
- Building and keeping a strong good relationship with new tender management.
- Washing out stocks of nearly expired tender items.
- Washing out last tender stocks.
- Catching opportunities of competitors delayed orders. Maintain strong relationships with KOLs in Hospitals and assigned suppliers to ensure achieving targets.
B) Qualitative
- Analyze the achievement of different targets regularly to ensure achieving them.
- Follow up & ensure getting all useful data from key accounts suppliers that may enhance the Planning decision making ability to allow accurate sales forecast.
- Ensure collecting all claims that may result from the process of sales.
- Visits suppliers to focus on items availability and guarantee that (POS, IBN SINA &etc.)Will be existed in all new tenders (MOH-HI-Private tenders).
- Review & modify tactics and ensure of its implementation matching with company policy.
- Follow up all suppliers to push supplier sales & Gain market share and resolve all escalated problems.
- Develop frequent reports regarding the achievement and obstacles to be submitted to direct manager.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
- Ensure that his responsibilities to gain opportunities to participate in all competitive tender.
