Job Description

  • Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
  • Making sure a product can be made reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
  • Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.
  • Planning and designing new production processes.
  • Producing details of specifications and outline designs.
  • Using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design.
  • Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
  • Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
  • Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety.
  • Managing activities including Product Development, Project Management, Food Safety & Quality Management System, Budgeting, Production Planning, Customer Support, and Cost Optimization.
  • Meeting production schedules while holding production costs in check, bringing about significant reductions and deploying process improvement strategies.
  • Managing the entire Operations, conducting internal process quality audits, overseeing the maintenance of production lines, conducting tests for checking the quality of products and maintaining working standards as per requirements and standardization.
  • Achieve unit's production and profitability objectives, proven competencies in judiciously managing manpower, machines and materials resources to generate maximum operational efficiency as well as.
