Network Engineer

Configuration:

• Configure access point to join the clouds & apply the company security configuration to be ready to be communicated with branches to make it sure it’s working properly.
• Configure Controllers, Firewalls by applying the company security configuration to be ready to be communicated with branches to make it sure it’s working properly.
• Test, configure & establish new network & security paraphilias check its installation progress to ensure its working properly.

Network & Communication:

• Troubleshoot system and network problems to diagnose and solve hardware/software failures to ensure no work interruptions.
• Monitor communication servers to identify issues & problems, submit a ticket for ISP (internet services provider) & follow up until the issues are fixed & solved.
• Follow up opened tickets submitted by branch IT to ISP (internet services provider) & follow up with until the issues are fixed & solved.

Network Devices & installation

• Assist in designing & the installation of new branches network infrastructure and network diagram and follow up with the technicians to ensure proper implementations.
• Coordinate with the responsible employees regarding transferring network devices from head office to branches and ensure receiving, installed, configured & working properly.
• Monitor network devices inventory for the branches and head office to be able to submit reports to the direct manager
