Job Description
Sales Admin Indoor :
- Manage & maintain customer portfolio and customer pipeline within assigned territories.
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in-person.
- Promote the sale of Scientific Zone products, and to provide sales support through assistance to sales team members in the preparations of proposals, tenders, and quotations.
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for small & medium size customer, including the request for proposal responses and product range and prices.
- Maintain customer contact to introduce the company and products on offer.
Receptionist :
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Answer questions and address complaints.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
- Check, sort, and forward emails.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)

Job Requirements
- Females only.
- Maximum age 30.
- Nearby residents are preferred.
- Multi-Task, Able to Work Under Pressure.
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Preferably SAP background
