Job Description
- Serves as a liaison between the project / function and HR to understand business priorities and assesses needs in staffing, organization design, performance management, employee relations, talent management and career development.
- Meets with project leaders and managers regularly to update on HR initiatives, discuss HR issues and collect feedback on team concerns.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning and performance management according to the business needs at site in collaboration with HRBP Manager
- Consult managers regarding promotion and career progression decisions, including effects on organizational design.
- Manage the process of the employee life cycle: , on boarding & orientation of new hires, probation signs off and exit interviews inside site.
- Audit on payroll cycle at project and validate with admin before send to HQ
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree at any discipline
- 7+ years of experience through HR career
- Construction background is highly preferable
- Solid leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good problem solving and attention to details.
- Planning and Organization skills.
