The company was founded in 1976, and has been one of the world's largest petrochemicals manufacturers. The company operates through three Strategic Business Units – Petrochemicals, Agri-Nutrients and Specialties – and one standalone organization, Metals.

Job Description:

  • Establishing annual plans and coordinate marketing activities with the various SBUs.
  • Ensure that Company sales strategy in the territory is implemented and /or increased based on the business plan, product availability and logistics planning.
  • Regular Customer visits in the region. (Commercial, Technical, Courtesy, responsive…) To make sure that sales are performed with the best net back to the company. Create Win – Win solutions with key customers
  • Direct handling of sales activities to Key customers in region. Schedules sales calls on Key customers according to the approved plans and policies which govern allocated quantities, credit and payment terms along with discounts.
  • Manage yearly contract negotiations with Key customers and monitor key customers’ orders to ensure that only the most efficient service is provided, throughout the sales process including on time delivery and after sales support
  • Prompt response and handling of key customers’ requirements, complaints in all business aspects, commercial, logistics as well as technical.
  • Provide various SBUs with clear, reliable and on time information about the market assessment, environment, competition and sales performance, through our solid and reliable key customers network
  • Prepares periodical reports (KPI and Sales reports) and submit them to the Regional Sales

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience 
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills. 
  • Strong innovation and initiative skills. 
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems. 
  • Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements. 
  • Ability to lead, train and coach commercials.
  • Ability to run and manage effective meetings and presentation skills.
