Job Description
- Building big things in eCommerce inside Egypt, through utilizing creative content to shape the company communications among all platforms in the huge-populated country.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
- Managing the digital video production for seasonal campaigns, corporate branding, sellers, mini-to-macro influencers, product creative reviews, creative shoots, and new products launches.
- Managing the whole content business unit from A-Z including strategy, planning, implementation, budgeting, monitoring and reporting.
- Full ownership of digital channels, mainly FB&IG for engagement through creative content.
- Fully managing the social media ads strategy for engagement and sessions conversions.
- Creating consistent & comprehensive content & communication plans, including cost, resources and precise calendar.
- Assisting in building & testing the marketing funnel, users’ lifecycles and behavioral marketing tactics for CRM, Onsite & Offsite assets.
- Delivering and implementing the listing of the online promotions, campaigns, and projects in support of all lines of business
- Strategy, evolution, briefing, project management and timely delivery
- Improve and maintain Content/Production guidelines and process
- Forecast timelines, prioritization and project delivery dates across all Content projects
- Ensure all expenses within the agreed budget
- Generate and update website content (products attributes & navigation, category tree, content, promotions).
- Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website.
- Update banners, images, promotions, etc. for display on the website.
- Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Management of a team of content (Writers, Translators and Developers)
- Management of a team of production (Photographers and Graphic Designers)
- Manage 3rd party development teams for website and web based activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- 4-5 years of work experience at the same job
- Prefer E-Commerce Experience
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages
- Excellent Knowledge of computer & Microsoft offices
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Presentation skills
