Job Description
- Meet potential partners and explain our services, products and capabilities.
- Work with clients to develop concepts and ideas.
- Organize site visits with clients and take measurements when required.
- Curate BOQs and design proposals.
- Finalize quotations/pricing for partners.
- Attend meetings, send follow up emails to attendees and make sure meeting outcomes are met.
- Follow up internally with the technical office department to make sure the expected work is achieved.
- Oversee and review CAD drawings.
- Organize and monitor the delivery schedule and make sure deadlines are met.
- Highly skilled and has experience in managing a team.
- Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
- Ensure the highest quality and standards are reflected in the final product.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Should be able to run a team
Job Requirements
- Portfolio with previous work samples is a MUST!
- Bachelor degree in Interior Design or alternatively in Architecture.
- 12 years of experience for high end residential projects (At least 2 years managerial experience in the same industry, preferably well-known firms).
- Detail oriented.
- Highly skilled and has previous experience of managing a team.
- Should be able to run a team.
