Job Description
- To conduct classes in a communicative as well as comprehensive manner over the phone for adults and/or kids in accordance with the training they are to get once getting accepted.
- To assess and record students' progress and provide feedback.
- To prepare lesson plans and activities on a daily basis.
- To provide clear structure for lessons maintaining pace, motivation, fun and challenge.
- To ensure students acquire and consolidate knowledge, skills according to the subject taught.
- Night shift only from 5:30 p.m. till 12 AM.
Job Requirements
- Age : 22 - 35
- Fluency in English is a must.
- A native-like accent.
- Very high language as well as communication skills.
- A minimum of 1 year call center experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle hard situations.
