Job Description

We are seeking a genius of strong (front-end) programming experience, enjoys helping people, and loves to write.

The candidate will take the title of "Software Support Specialist" and become responsible for solving technical support queries, and educating our user community through various channels with feature updates, tutorials, and guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Understand our software platform thoroughly in tiny detail (full training will be provided)
  • Respond to technical support queries promptly through various channels
  • Help customers with specific cases that may require fixing/writing code
  • Write technical articles describing new features and tutorials
  • Write weekly articles in our blog
  • Contribute on Quora and other online channels
  • Guide users through our platform

Job Requirements

  • Comes from a computer science (programming) background
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English
  • Talented with writing skills (e.g blog style)
  • Experienced with technical writing (e.g. documentations and user manuals)
  • Strong HTML, JS, and CSS knowledge and skills
  • Basic Photoshop (graphic editing) skills
