Job Description

Job Scope:

  • To provide a high level support for delivering and managing all technical services to the customer; to manage the CBRE on-site teams and subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supervises the daily execution of account level technical and/or soft services.
  • Ensures delivery of services with a high level of customer satisfaction, and identifies opportunities to expand contract scope.
  • Oversees CBRE employees and vendor relationships.
  • Evaluated in context of the standard size.
  • Often sets and achieves daily operational objectives with some direct impact on others within area.
  • Occasionally sets and delivers operational objectives with direct impact on achieving results within area.
  • Often uses influence to convince both internal and external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
  • Regularly Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes and makes minor changes.
  • Less often Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as party of day-to-day activities.
  • Manages at least three team members; leads, schedules, allocates and monitors work.
  • Responsible for many services at site level including localized P&L responsibility.

Job Requirements

  • Technical /engineering degree(e.g. electrical/civil engineering) or comparable practical experience.
  • Demonstrate experience in dealing with customer service and exhibit key skills within this area.
  • Sound problem solving ability.
  • Sound understanding of EHS requirements i.e. IOSH.
  • Competent in oral and written skills.
  • Experience in contract management and measurement.
  • PC literate i.e. Microsoft systems.
  • English language skills will be a plus
  • Be self-motivated.
  • Strong time management skill essential.
  • Ability to manage up to 30 staff
