Financial Analyst

Job Scope:

• As Finance Analyst for the accounts in ME you are an important part of the on account Finance structure.
• Finance focuses on delivering quality financial information and commercial support to the account management. You will also be providing the client with an interface for financial issues.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support account management with day to day financial & commercial support.
• Functional responsibility for overall timeliness and accuracy of the contract monthly P&L reporting including monthly balance sheet reconciliations & quarterly/annual GMP reconciliations.
• Ensuring full audit trail of all financial transactions including SOX compliance requirements.
• Assist account management with completion of annual plan and forecasts.
• Ensuring commercial models are adhered to and correct billings passed to client in a timely manner.
• Optimization of company cash flow for the account.
• Ensuring the managers on the account are adhering to company internal financial policies at all times.
• Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies.
