About the Job:
- Responsible for All administrative duties,Customer Service & Data Entry to IOL system
- Assist in filing, maintaining updated personal files
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Responding to incoming emails, phone calls, ...
- Manage IOL social media channels.
- Assist in archiving correspondences.
- Manage seniors' agenda, schedule meetings and take minutes of meetings.
- Supporting in the filing, binding and preparing presentations as required
- Photocopying, scanning and printing documents.
- Providing the CEO with accurate reporting of activities
- Handling payroll and attendance
- Coordinate office requirements & budget preparations.
- Managing the hiring requirements & Interview dates
- Supporting the team to catch deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Very good written and spoken Arabic and English with educational background.
- Proven experience in the same field.
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of office ( word, excel, power point) is a MUST.
- Fast in typing
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Good in email communication
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Analyzed documents for appropriate distribution and filing
- Financial background is preferred
- Good Communication Skills
- Commitment and accountability
- Eager to learn and willing to work extra hours and workload
- Have a background about Digital Marketing, Facebook and Graphic designed.
- Prefer to be Mokattam resident.
