Job Description
- Gathers information appropriately to develop an accurate understanding of customer technology infrastructure.
- Create the MPS/SBD appropriate technical solution to meet the customer's requirements, using Hp and other vendors provided tools and programs
- Adapts solution design to new requirements.
- Actively supports the account team with product advice, proposal support, presentations, and other customer communications
- Engages appropriate additional technical resources as needed
- Sales for HP Inc Computing and Print devices, Growth from existing customers as well as new prospects
- Engagement and collaboration between HP Inc and our company by email and phone.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the managed print services and supplies business
- Has demonstrated hands-on level skills in drafting MPS and SBD contracts
- Perfect command of English language
- Are self-motivated
- Possess strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Track record of success overachieving on revenue targets
