Job Description

  • Communicating and follow up with the customers directly or through the responsible partner for each training order to inform them about courses scheduled dates.
  • Responsible for the preparation issues of local training rounds, following things needs to be prepared (Material, Agenda, registration, evaluation, certificate).
  • Responsible for claiming the training expenses from the accounting department for every training.
  • Responsible for all of the administrative work for the business development department (Updating the business development director, sending him reports, and maintaining communication emails and updates between the whole team.
  • Submitting training calendar based on the yearly training plan.
  • Updating & designing graphic content online

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Good Command of English Language
  • Very good Administration Skills
  • Well Organized
  • Good planning and Coordinating skills
  • Very good Way in dealing with customers.
