Job Description
- Communicating and follow up with the customers directly or through the responsible partner for each training order to inform them about courses scheduled dates.
- Responsible for the preparation issues of local training rounds, following things needs to be prepared (Material, Agenda, registration, evaluation, certificate).
- Responsible for claiming the training expenses from the accounting department for every training.
- Responsible for all of the administrative work for the business development department (Updating the business development director, sending him reports, and maintaining communication emails and updates between the whole team.
- Submitting training calendar based on the yearly training plan.
- Updating & designing graphic content online
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Good Command of English Language
- Very good Administration Skills
- Well Organized
- Good planning and Coordinating skills
- Very good Way in dealing with customers.
