Job Description
- Coordinate maintenance workers' efforts( carpenters, electricians , AC maintenance ---) to make sure buildings and grounds are kept up.
- Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of tasks.
- Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance
- Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.
- Contact and schedule repairmen and extra help as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures
- Excellent administrative skills
- Knowledge of systems to be maintained (e.g. Electrical, roofing, pool)
- Eye for details
- Organization and leadership skills
