Job Description

Call Center ( Customer Care )

  • Receiving calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Handling and responding to customer complaints.
  • Processing tickets and applications requested by the customers.
  • Identifying priority issues and reporting to high-level management.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
  • Following up complicated customer calls when required.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Note: Accepted Candidates will sign their contract with not outsource company.
