Job Description
Call Center ( Customer Care )
- Receiving calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries.
- Handling and responding to customer complaints.
- Processing tickets and applications requested by the customers.
- Identifying priority issues and reporting to high-level management.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
- Following up complicated customer calls when required.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Note: Accepted Candidates will sign their contract with not outsource company.
