Job Description
- Handle telephone and email inquiries and redirect them to the assigned team member.
- Write, photocopy and print various documents for colleagues
- Compose emails, Faxes, memorandums as assigned by department members.
- Create and maintain accurate filing system for the sales office.
- Communicate with other related departments on timely manner as assigned by sales engineers and manager.
- Keep diaries and arrange appointments.
- Schedule meetings, create agendas and take minutes.
- Order and maintain stationery and managing office equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or any relevant field
- 1 : 2 years of experience in admin role
- Very Good user of Ms Office applications.
- Good English Language.
- Females only.
- Excellent Administration and files keeping skills
- Organized, communicator and initiative and presentable.
- Dokki & nearby residents are highly preferred.
