Job Description

  • Handle telephone and email inquiries and redirect them to the assigned team member.
  • Write, photocopy and print various documents for colleagues
  • Compose emails, Faxes, memorandums as assigned by department members.
  • Create and maintain accurate filing system for the sales office.
  • Communicate with other related departments on timely manner as assigned by sales engineers and manager.
  • Keep diaries and arrange appointments.
  • Schedule meetings, create agendas and take minutes.
  • Order and maintain stationery and managing office equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in business administration or any relevant field
  • 1 : 2 years of experience in admin role
  • Very Good user of Ms Office applications.
  • Good English Language.
  • Females only.
  • Excellent Administration and files keeping skills
  • Organized, communicator and initiative and presentable.
  • Dokki & nearby residents are highly preferred.

Benefits :
