Will be responsible for giving the consultation to manage system with 80K mailboxes.
Own and modify as appropriate system configuration settings; establish best practices and maintenance standards for assigned systems.
Identify and investigation of hardware and software issues, performing root cause analysis, and implement an action plan for the resolution and dissemination of conclusions
Function as a subject matter expert for architecture, performance tuning, capacity planning, and design of new and upcoming technologies related to the messaging and collaboration
Proactively monitoring, reporting, and management of the Exchange environment on a day-to-day basis. Applying enhancements and/or fixes as necessary to maintain system performance and meet security standards
Utilizes analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft technologies to ensure overall hardware and software technical support services for Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange and Skype for Business servers in a clustered (database availability group) environment
Provides oversight for the disaster recovery plan and commences escalation procedures as needed
Responsible for taking First Responder (24/7 on-call)

Associates degree in information technology discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or equivalent experience required.
Expert in migration from any system to exchange 2013 include “exchange 2003 – Google – lotus notes “
Expert in exchange database recovery.
Expert in architecture and design.
At least 4 years production Windows (2008 or higher) systems or server administration experience, required
At least 4 years software/hardware technical support experience in Microsoft Exchange 2007/201x environment
Must have familiarity with Active Directory design and deployment experience in various migration scenarios of Active Directory and Exchange 201x
Experience with DNS, WINS, and DHCP.
Experience on Microsoft authentication/authorization models and impact on performance, scalability, and security
Certification on MS Exchange would be an added advantage
Experience troubleshooting complex systems issues, strongly preferred.
