Planning and execution of all Academic requirements needed to start the project.

Main Responsibilities:

Recruiting professional language instructors through conductingTechnical interviews for recommended candidates by business owners & nominating / interviewing other candidates.
Designing and leading curriculum development in collaboration with the platform language instructors.
Standardize the whole process of language teaching provided through LEARNATY platform.
Participating in the website development stage by providing feedback about teachers’ interface and selection of Audio / Video communication solution.

Previous Experience in curriculum development in foreign language teaching service provider.
Significant command of more than one foreign language will be highly recognized.
Very high communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Experience with online language teaching is a plus.
