Job Description

  • Supports the payroll system.
  • Maintain and update payroll records.
  • Responsible for issuing all payment in time.
  • Work on day to day on compensation queries from the staff by Identify and determine the causes of compensation related problems and develop recommendations.
  • Conduct periodic reports on payroll system and prepare requested analytical reports.
  • Responsible of maintaining other Compensation activity such as loans, job offers, hr letter, medical etc…
  • Recommends benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements and trends and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.
  • Evaluate employees benefits and develop new programs.
  • Accelerate delivery of benefits by establishing and maintaining working relationships with benefit providers.
  • Reconciles benefits accounts by approving billing statements.

Job Requirements

  • From 1 to 4 years of relevant and proven working experience
  • Working knowledge of salary grading structure and job evaluation systems
  • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office

  • Mathematical reasoning
  • Report writing, inductive and deductive reasoning
