Job Description

Job Summary:

You will have the opportunity to work in a young and dynamic team, in an up and coming tech social enterprise.

Work on managing all the ‘review tickets’ that we will receive from our customers through the app.

Play a critical role in connecting Fyonka with its customers, working with both riders and drivers across Egypt.

Work on conducting and carrying out complex research and analysis of the market and of our customers and drivers to meet aggressive growth targets.

Work on reports on our quality of service and reviews received.

Duties:

  • You will be working under the manager of our CRM team.
  • Find creative solutions to help our team overcome any obstacles.
  • Built strong and healthy relationships with the team members.
  • Develop a team to maintain a high morale.
