Job Description
- Grow our business by liaising with existing clients to ensure ever-increasing customer satisfaction, and an increase in retention and account growth.
- Generating new qualified leads.
- Managing a pipeline of prospects and qualified leads.
- Converting leads into opportunities and customers.
- Using CRM to log and report on your activities.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge (training will be provided).
Job Requirements
- You'd be the ideal candidate if you admire great web & mobile platforms and apps that have great usability and sophisticated intelligence built in a very simple design. Sites like Amazon, Gmail, Spotify, Booking, Netflix, Tripadvisor, Quora. If you use these sites, you should know what we're talking about.
- Experience in moving a prospect through all sales cycles: from generating leads through aggressive cold calling, fostering the relationship, uncovering the needs, delivering the value, closing the business, negotiating pricing / contract and implementing a successful program.
- Experience in professional setting, preferably with evidence of prior success in Sales and strong interest in Disruptive technologies
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with decision makers (c-level).
