Job Description
- Preparing financial analysis (Expenses analysis, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets (Tangibles & Intangibles), Inventory)
- Preparing monthly Cash & Accounts Receivables Balances report.
- Reporting for accounts Receivable (Invoices, following up Clients balance. Withholding Tax)
- G/L entries and posting.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Provide management with cost information not supplied by general accounting system
- Preparing Monthly analysis (Material cost, Distribution analysis reports. Direct and indirect cost )
- Control fixed assets transactions and depreciation
- Control general ledger orientation and cost center allocation.
- Conduct monthly and year-end closing tasks.
- Prepare Salaries tax calculation monthly and annually
- Assist in Preparing local tax returns
- Prepare the quarterly withholding tax (WHT) reports
- Prepare Sales tax return
- Prepare the quarterly withholding tax (WHT) reports
- Prepares documents for various kind of inspections such as income tax , sales tax , payroll tax and stamp duty
- Ensures that establishment complies with periodic tax payment, information reporting, and other taxing authority requirements.
- Coordinating Microsoft Axapta implementation Team
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of accounting principles Business Level
- Very Good command for both written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of Internet Explorer and E-mail facilities.
- Good knowledge of windows and MS Word, Excel & Power Point
