Job Description
- Solution Preparation/Management Proposal based on Customer’s Requirements.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical advice and support about products.
- Pro-actively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
- Study & finalize all the technicality part of all projects & tenders, also preparing all technical offers & submittals.
- The technical backbone for all in-hand projects.
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
- Works deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the sales manager.
- Providing product education and advice
- Provides coaching and professional development to the member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
- Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
