Supply Chain Manager

The first interface and contact with all our all import and Export customers.

Responsible for all import and Export KPI's (Delivery on time, Documentation on time...etc.)

Receiving all import and Export orders and process them into the system.

Receiving all import and Export forecast.

Communicate and align all import and Export volume with all plan departments.

Review and own all import documentation to be done accurately from supplier’s side.

Responsible for handle all imports clearance with brokers.

Handle import documentation process with broker & finance as well.

Plan imports delivery based on planning requested dates.

Insure that all imported quantities, values & pricing matched its purchase order.

Responsible for import process of needed samples or spare parts.
