Job Description

  • Write memos and prepare presentations as requested by MD.
  • Prepare MD's responses to routine memos, official letters, and other correspondence.
  • Record meeting discussions and provide minutes.
  • Maintain a sound and comprehensive filing system.
  • Manage and maintain MD's schedules, including travel arrangements and conferences participation, setting and updating meetings appointments.
  • Answer and manage calls; and receive visitors.
  • Data preparation and analysis; proficient in MS Word, Excel, PP, Outlook.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other staff members when appropriate.
  • Prepare meetings' agenda for MD with supporting offices.
  • Any other tasks at administrative level required by MD.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field (MGMT, Business Administration, Accounting, Mass Communication) Economics is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and planning skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English; additional languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of administrative and office management duties (including filing, writing official letters, memos, minutes of meetings).
  • Proficient use of spreadsheets, word processing, statistical and database analysis, and presentation software is a must.
  • Ability to coordinate and delegate work to others.
  • Project Management skills is an advantage.
  • Professional experience preferably with international exposure is an advantage but not a must.
  • Both Males and Females are welcome to apply.
  • Flexibility for international travel if required is an advantage.
