Job Description
- Write memos and prepare presentations as requested by MD.
- Prepare MD's responses to routine memos, official letters, and other correspondence.
- Record meeting discussions and provide minutes.
- Maintain a sound and comprehensive filing system.
- Manage and maintain MD's schedules, including travel arrangements and conferences participation, setting and updating meetings appointments.
- Answer and manage calls; and receive visitors.
- Data preparation and analysis; proficient in MS Word, Excel, PP, Outlook.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other staff members when appropriate.
- Prepare meetings' agenda for MD with supporting offices.
- Any other tasks at administrative level required by MD.
Job Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field (MGMT, Business Administration, Accounting, Mass Communication) Economics is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication and planning skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English; additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of administrative and office management duties (including filing, writing official letters, memos, minutes of meetings).
- Proficient use of spreadsheets, word processing, statistical and database analysis, and presentation software is a must.
- Ability to coordinate and delegate work to others.
- Project Management skills is an advantage.
- Professional experience preferably with international exposure is an advantage but not a must.
