Job Description
- Supervising the nursing staff, planning and organizing the clinic work, ensuring the appliance of the infection control and quality regulation.
- Coordinating with doctors schedules according to clinics plans
- Supervising on the devices maintenance with coordination with the Medical
Engineering Department. - Monitoring the clinic's material consumption daily, requesting and approving the materials used in the clinic from storage .
- Supervising on the flow of patient to the clinic, documentation of the treatment plan of each patient on the hospital's filing system.
- Follow up on clinics marketing plans and evaluate it ROI on clinics revenue
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any Medical major
- Hospital management diploma is preferable
- 3-8 years of experience in managing out patient poly clinics
