MEP Site Senior Technical Office Engineer - Alexandria / Cairo

Responsibilities:

• Implement the mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection –MEP- shop drawings (using CAD or Revit) in a professional manner,
• Dealing with the material submittals, receiving material & providing the material take off for different MEP systems.
• Finalize technical queries and issues with the (Clients/Consultants) like (Invoice, RFI, DFC, PR, …etc) , report the issue to PM, receive replies and ensure the results are fully implemented;
• Solve technical issues raised by side due to confliction between drawings and reality work or due to material in compliance with drawings/isometrics.
• Follow up/update time programs.
