Job Description
- Develop and implement Human Resources Corporate strategy.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Establish strict hiring / screening / firing processes with TESTS (IQ, EQ etc)
- Able to hire people in a very short notice
- Able to manage (control) up to 100 employees payroll
- Responsible for the employees feedback

- Super comfortable with messaging apps (slack; skype)
- Fluent in English
- super comfortable with excel and especially GOOGLE SHEET
- Very flexible and can handle working under pressure in a dynamic environment with high productivity
- Masters in Human Resources is a HUGE plus
MANDATORY:
- Has managed at least 50 employees payroll for more than 7 years in one or different organizations
- Minimum 7 years working experience
- Experience in BPO call center is a HUGE plus
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
