Develop and implement Human Resources Corporate strategy.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Establish strict hiring / screening / firing processes with TESTS (IQ, EQ etc)
Able to hire people in a very short notice
Able to manage (control) up to 100 employees payroll
Responsible for the employees feedback

Super comfortable with messaging apps (slack; skype)
Fluent in English
super comfortable with excel and especially GOOGLE SHEET
Very flexible and can handle working under pressure in a dynamic environment with high productivity
Masters in Human Resources is a HUGE plus

MANDATORY:

Has managed at least 50 employees payroll for more than 7 years in one or different organizations
Minimum 7 years working experience
Experience in BPO call center is a HUGE plus
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
