Job Description
- Manage and lead a team of electrical and Mechanical technicians.
- Diagnose and Analyze electro-mechanical and hydraulic break downs and set plans to overcome production bottlenecks.
- Inspect Machinery and tailor regular preventive maintenance plans.
- Able to set future plans to develop production process and improve technicians abilities.
- Report performance results and consumption of spare parts.
- Receive spare parts and set standards for replacements and repair.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience with Hydraulic concrete block machines.
- High ability to lead and manage team.
- Able to set plans and execute them in an efficient manner.
- Committed to safety procedure and cost effectiveness.
