Job Description
- Responsible for the production activities and shift plan attainment.
- Communication with other department shift leaders to arrange the shift activities.
- Lead the shift with all activities related to maintenance, volume targets, food safety and safety in a way that assure the department target and the factory targets achievement.
- Assuring that shift reports system is done in the needed agreed way and delivered to the section head with accurate actual figures.
- Report challenges with his shift in a formal clear way supported with the initial investigation data needed.
- Cooperate with other shift leaders to achieve the department targets.
- Assure all the activities are done during his shift as per the announced policies and SOPs with no violation.
- Participate in training and level improvement of his shift engineers and manpower skills and complying with the policies and SOPs of the company.
- Responsible for equipment efficiency
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. of agriculture.
- Prior Work Experience: Minimum 5 Year experience of Milk & Juice processing.
- Language Proficiency: Very good command of English Language
Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments.
- Preferred SAP trained
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Very good communication skills
- Problem solving techniques
