Job Description
- Investigate Quality Issues in plant and implement corrective & preventive actions and follow up.
- Involve in new project implementation and verify new equipment.
- Verification of old lines every years
- GMP audit and support other departments to close all gaps.
- Follow up & recording the Critical and CCPs points
- Handle product / consumer complaints, investigate and follow up preventive actions.
- Follow up preventive maintenance especially the critical issue.
- Investigate internal issues (Ncn’s) in plant
- Review the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Preparation of various quality reports, trending of data, identification of issues.
- Follow up and record temperature limit in raw warehouse, incubators and refrigerator.
Job Requirements
- Education: Agriculture Science (Dairy Technology).
- Language Proficiency: Very good command in English Language
Skills:
- Good skills in MS Office.
- Good communication & presentation skills
