- Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
- Getting vacancy details from employers
- Interviewing and testing job seekers
- Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants
- Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
- Building relationships with employers and job seekers
- Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
- Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed
Job Requirements
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Excellent command of spoken & written English.
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills
- Negotiation skills
- A confident and positive attitude
- The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- A professional manner
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- The ability to work well in a team
