Job Description
- Manage payroll administration and make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation.
- Employees Management record: all related responsibility and to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Medical Scheme and annual contract renewal, negotiation the deal and revisit the benefits.
- To handle annual Training plan.
- Assist the HR Manager in the Performance Management cycle.
- Assist the HR Manager in Managing the recruitment process to ensure delivery as per business needs in compliance with T&R plans.
- To coach and guide subordinates in executing their core responsibilities, meet their targets and set/follow up their career development plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related degree
