Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE:

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist role is responsible for assisting in strategic planning and administering the overall direction and goals for the online advertising campaigns, with a focus on optimization strategies.

Key Responsibility:

  • Optimize marketing automation instance and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and digital media campaigns
  • Determine the advertising goals in line with business objectives
  • Create online marketing campaigns with specific targeting (users interest & behavior “segmentation”, location, language, and specific targeting (users interest & behavior “segmentation”, location, language, and demographic).
  • Use all the available tools to create the best keyword lists; relevancy is the most important factor.
  • Write brief and effective text ads, using successful techniques.
  • Evaluate the performance of the banners running on different display networks, and provide the designers with recommendations about banner’s image and message.
  • Ensure achievement of best results in terms of Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Preparing custom reports to the Direct Manager to indicate the performance trends and include recommendations to improve the performance.

Job Requirements

Technical Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing current best practices and understanding of Digital production processes; Pay-Per-Click, Paid Search experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of Strategic planning and processes for brand management and creative development, including research tools and evaluation of results.
  • Knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
  • Digital marketing experience within a corporate marketing department or agency
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited university
  • Google AdWords is a must, Bing certification is a plus

Personal Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
  • Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
