Job Description
- Supervise the application of safety and health rules inside beverages department.
- Supervising daily reports every hour for finished products after taking required samples to ensure product quality.
- Follow-up GMP rules and working to achieve the team’s target.
- Follow-up and work to reduce the waste percentage of packing material and finished products.
- Achieve the production plan in the most appropriate way.
- Professional shift handover includes chronic problems, internal instructions, machines status, and outstanding problems within the department and with other departments.
- Increase the efficiency of collective performance through increasing the awareness among all workers with the illustration of the importance of what they are doing and team building.
- Follow-up preventive maintenance on planned time to save machines.
- Solve any dispute between the team or between the department and other departments, and make sure that the team works according to company rules.
- Implement daily meetings for the team to improve the behaviors.
- Improve the application of 5S inside production halls.
- Participate in weekly inventory for each packaging material & final product.
- Arrange daily work with other shifts and other sections.
- Reduce the loss of time and motivate his team for creativity and innovation.
- Follow-up the implementation of all check lists.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. of Agriculture / Science / Engineering
- Prior Work Experience: From 5-7 Years of relevant experience.
- Language Proficiency: Very good command in English Language
