Responsible for issuing the machine time analysis reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Follow up the production process and operation; control the R.M which we need inside the production operation, implement the production plan and solve problems concerning production or production staff.
Initiate improvements and projects to reduce the losses and increase OEE using focused improvement tools and techniques.
Perform regular check on the production process line.
Responsible for achieving the production plans.
Responsible for managing the utilization and improving the output of the production lines.
Facilitate GMP implementation; select and develop team members for GMP and other operational improvement programs.
Depth analysis to all reasons for chronic problems of equipment availability and resolve it using IT tools and techniques in cooperation with the maintenance team.
Identify opportunities to use technologies to improve production process.
Reducing the wastage of Raw Material, reducing the quality defect of the product to meet business requirements through the application for focused improvement.
Maintain product quality and safety.
Implement safety work procedures in compliance with HSE regulations through interpreting HSE guidelines to local conditions.
Review of work areas for Hazards; be a member of risk assessment team and responsible for action plan review and/or implementation and feedback to management.
