Job Description
- Ticketing agent for airlines booking system.
- Working on Amadeus airlines booking system .
- Using computers to provide customer service to incoming passengers.
- Assist passengers with ticketing, makes and/or changes reservations, answers inquiries about flight schedules and fares, verifies reservations by phone, figures fares and handles payments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of TOURISM & HOTELS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic typing and computer skills
- Excellent English Language skills ( Speaking / Writing / Reading)
- Amadeus airlines booking system certificate is a plus.
- Experience in Saber with Cancellation and refunds and reissuing is a MUST.
