Job Description

  • Managing all service network,
  • Providing and improving service
  • Following up and solving consumer & dealer requests and complaints,
  • Analyzing, evaluating and giving feedbacks about product,
  • Coordinating CS Marketing activities in Egypt.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering,
  • Fluent English knowledge is a MUST
  • Home appliances solid experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Excellent communication skills, self discipline, orientation for target realization skills,
  • Analytical minded, having good conflict management,
  • Fast reaction on daily challenges by using problem solving techniques.
