Job Description
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues.
- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents.
- Representing the corporation before administrative boards and court trials.
- Handling Corporate & Companies Law.
- Draft a variety of legal documents including contracts, resolutions, and legal opinions.
- Preparing and filing government reports.
- Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Negotiating employee contracts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of law.
- At least three years of legal Experience.
- Legal understanding.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (speaking, reading & writing).
- Very good with word and excel.
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
- Can work outdoor and travel.
- Analytical ability.
