Job Description
- Responsible for prepare licenses and Residence. (Visa procedure – insurance – renew- extensions – exit … etc.) For Foreigners working
- Support the manager to maintenance the relation with government office;
- Take response of the daily contact with government department;
- Maintenance the client information database include name ,phone num, title,favorite,family information etc.;
- Communicated with the company interior for support;
- Attend and organize some activity with the government officers;
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (speaking, reading & writing).
- Good logic thinking and skills to communicate with government officer.
- Very good at public relation ability and negotiation skills, can work initiative and under pressure never give up;
- 5-10 year working experience in PR,broker,lawyer field or similar field need to deal with custom/tax department… etc.
- With wide range relation resource know the basic process of government department;
