Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creates a high-level Project Plan and adds requirements phase detailed activities to it
- Prepares kick off presentation
- Shares with internal team and communicates planned milestones
- Review kickoff presentation with customer project owner
- Updates detailed project plan with consolidation of TL and QC Lead
- Collects UAT sign-off from customer
- Collects project/phase sign-off from customer
- Conducts Closure meeting for lessons learned from project and determine recommendation for what can productized for future projects
- Submits evaluation of all project resources at the end of the project or at each evaluation cycle
- Analysis, requirement gathering, defining organization’s information architecture
- Creation of solution design and performing gap analysis
- Reviewing and writing functional design documents
- Assistance with technical design documents
- Consulting customer to implement solutions as required
- Scope definition, estimation, and privatization
- Business Users Training and creation of oriented user guide
- Floor support for business users for pilot and go live phases
- Customer data preparation, filtration, validation and migration
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft CRM concept & business know how.
- Microsoft CRM Certificates is a MUST
- 2-4 years of experience in the same field.
